Shipping and Processing

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment.

Orders placed by 2pm Pacific time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be posted into transaction details and a shipment notice will be emailed to you from us and/or our shipping platform - Shipping Easy.

Please note that due to COVID-19 many shipping carriers are on the front lines delivering needed medicines, supplies, benefit checks, financial statements and the important correspondence. Although most packages are delivered on-time, there might be short delays receiving your package.

If you would like to upgrade the shipping speed to 2nd day Express, please call our main office at  425-820-2521 and we will gladly assist you.

Transit time:

Transit time is as following within the borders of the United States:

  • USPS First Class – 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Parcel Post – 7 business days.
  • USPS Priority – 2-3 business days.
  • USPS Media Mail – 7-10 business days.
  • FedEx Express – 2 business days.
  • FedEx Home Delivery/Ground – 2-5 business days.
  • FedEx Smart post – 7-10 business days.

Please note that although checkout system will speculate approximate delivery date, USPS First Class and Priority are not guaranteed services, especially during the time of holidays, COVID-19 and or/severe weather conditions.

Please plan accordingly and contact us if you would like us to upgrade your shipping to assure that your order arrives in time for your event.

Please make sure that your address is up to date both on our website and if you are checking out with PayPal, Amazon or personal credit card!

Free Shipping:

Baby Family Gifts offers majority of items, shipped within the borders of the United States as “Free Shipping”.

Shipping Carriers we utilize:

  • USPS (USA and International)
  • FedEx (USA)
  • UPS (USA)

Because we utilize third party warehouses that stores our inventory, their warehouse contract deliveries through a variety of regional and international carriers.

Important: Some national carriers use regional carriers to deliver your package. When this happens, your tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the national carrier website.

Some exceptionally large or heavy items may be shipped by a specialty carrier such as CEVA, ABF, Pilot, or XPO. Parcel Pool is used for standard deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, and OnTrac is used for same-day deliveries to Seattle.

How the shipping cost is calculated:

The Cost of Shipping is based on the weight of the products in your cart and shipping destination.

At the Checkout you will be asked for your zip code, so External USPS, Fedex and UPS Calculators could calculate a shipping quote for you. You will be presented with several options, please read each option carefully, and select the one that you find the best for your order.

It is our policy to ship orders to our clients as soon as possible. We do our best to ship all items together in one package, but your order might be shipped in multiple packages, depending on the availability of the product, size, weight and compatibility of the products ordered.

Once we ship your package, you will receive an electronic shipping confirmation from, informing you, when your package was shipped and what is the Tracking Number. This information can be also found in your PayPal or Amazon Accounts, under Order History.

International orders:

At this time we are not able to support Free Shipping for International buyers, but we offer combined shipping.

If your shipping quote seems high, please contact us at babyfamilygifts@gmail.com and our shipping team will determine the most cost-effective carrier for your order and provide you with new shipping quote.

All packages in weight between 1-4 pounds are offered to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class International.

All packages more than 4 pounds in weight have to be shipped Priority international.

Difference between First Class international and Priority International:

USPS First Class International:

  • Transit time -  3-8 weeks, depending on the country
  • Not insured
  • Delivery confirmation available in some counties
  • Economical
  • Weight Limit: up to 4 pounds

USPS Priority International.

  • Transit time - 2-4 weeks, depending on the country
  • Insured up to 50 dollars
  • Delivery confirmation available for most counties
  • More expensive
  • Weight Limit: No limit
