We would gladly accept returns, if you are not satisfied with all or part of your order, as long as request for a return is initiated within 7 days, after receiving your order. The product returned must be in brand new, mint condition (unopened, unused) in order to qualify for a full refund. We do not refund shipping cost, if there was nothing wrong with a product; shipping cost To and Back from the client is client's 100% responsibility. If there was something wrong with a product that you received, please contact us at babyfamilygifts@gmail.com, prior to shipping the defective product back to us to arrange the return/exchange/refund. Please return product with a packaging slip or an invoice, providing us with information on what item is being returned, in what quantity, and the reason for a return, so our staff would properly handle the return.
Please assure proper packaging, when mailing products back to us, as we will not be able to fully refund you, if items gets damaged during shipment due to improper packing. We also recommend to purchase tracking number when shipping item back to us and insurance if needed, on fragile items.
