The seller did a great job getting this item that I purchased for my wife for Valentines day. I am a deployed Soldier and it meant a lot to me for her to get this and the seller did a great job and the item was really cool. My wife and I were very happy and impressed.

I purchased this product for my niece's daughter who was hospitalized and due home. I wanted it to arrive there for her homecoming. I had ordered it with expidited shipping and thought I had it timed correctly. A couple of days after I ordered the item it had not even shipped yet and I got really nervous so I contacted Baby Family Gifts and they were so kind and helpful. They were understanding about the circustances and made every effort to make sure it was shipped on time. My niece's daughter arrived home to receive the gift and was thrilled. I cannot say enough about the customer service of this company. I was truly thankful and appreciative of their efforts.
